I can’t access my courses

You can always reset your password here:  https://www.mbcourses.com/users/password/new

Try accessing the course directly here:  https://www.mbcourses.com/

If neither of those options work, contact us for support.

I’m asked to login even though I already am

Try logging out and ( https://www.mbcourses.com/users/sign_in) and logging in again.
Try emptying your browser cache - here's a visual guide if needed:  http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/
If that doesn’t work, try using another browser, such as Google’s  free Chrome browser located here:  http://www.google.com/chrome/

The videos aren’t showing up or are showing up incorrectly

  1. Do you have adobe flash player and is it updated? You can check here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
  2. Is your computer system up to date? Sometimes a small computer glitch can cause videos to show incorrectly. This can usually be corrected by making sure your computer system is current.
  3. Try emptying your browser cache - here's a visual guide if needed: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/
  4. Is your browser working or possibly causing the issue? Try using Google’s  free Chrome browser located here: http://www.google.com/chrome/
